Camp Arrival & Attendance

• Camp doors open daily at 7:30 AM

• Breakfast will be served from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

• All campers must arrive by 9:00 AM

• If your camper will be late, please call ahead or make prior arrangements with camp staff

Weekly Camp Payments

• Camp fees are due every Monday before camp starts

• Payment links will be sent out every Sunday

• Parents may also make payments online early at any time

Late Payment Policy

• A $25 late fee will be added Tuesday morning if payment has not been made

• Campers will not be permitted to enter camp until payment is completed

Swim Days & Swim Test

• Please send campers with swimwear on:

  • Mondays

  • Wednesdays

  • Fridays

• Swim tests will take place on the first Monday of camp

Camp Meals

• Breakfast is provided daily

• Lunch menus will be released during the second week of camp

Camp Schedule & Field Trips

• A full 10-week itinerary, including field trips and special activities, will be provided on:

  • Monday, June 1, 2026
